**2 Bedrooms are located on 4th floor. Master Bedroom has King Bed, SMART TV (NETFLIX and satellite television broadcast available), private Workspace & Bathroom with shower cabin. Second Bedroom has 2 Single Beds & Bathroom with shower cabin. Both Bathrooms with clean Towels, Shampoo & Showering gel and toilet paper, etc. Free Laundry service from the host is available upon request.**
**Adding up to all of above nice features of the apartment is a nice landlord & host who can speak fluent English, French, Russian & Vietnamese friendly and willing to support at all time.**
Guest access
The host will make sure that the apartment is ready and in top condition before you arrive. He will be available throughout your stay to help you and guide you.
The check in/out time are 2PM/12PM. If you would like to check-in earlier and check-out later, kindly let us know. The host would like to greet you in person and give you the key that you could return upon departure. Please kindly let us know the time of your arrival time for us to prepare for your welcome accordingly.
