“We had an excellent stay. All of the staff we spoke to were super friendly and polite. The room was lovely, and the staff had gone to the extra effort to decorate for my partners birthday, which was a really nice surprise for him. We enjoyed using the spa, the bar and the breakfast buffet. It was a perfect base for exploring the local area, and somewhere we could come back and relax in the evenings. All for a very reasonable rate, would stay again. ”

"I booked a triple room, but all the amenities provided were only for one person — one duvet, one towel, one cup, and one set of toiletries. This is clearly unacceptable for a triple room. I reported this to the reception and explained that it was not an urgent request, and I would be fine if the items could be delivered later in the evening. However, the staff showed a poor attitude, were unwilling to help, and simply replied that they were busy without taking any further action. On top of that, the room was dirty and did not meet basic cleanliness standards. This experience is extremely disappointing and far below expectations."
