“Overall, my stay was disappointing. Even after checking in, I had to wait an additional 30 minutes because my room still hadn’t been cleaned. It was frustrating to arrive at check-in time only to find that the room wasn’t ready, especially after a long day of traveling.
To make matters worse, the coffee pot in the room was broken and wouldn’t brew coffee at all. It may seem like a small detail, but having a working coffee maker is an expected amenity and an important part of starting the……
