Summary:
Armory Quarters B is part of a duplex that was built in the 1820s. It's a quaint two floor unit. Great front porch and patio area. The unit has two queen size beds upstairs, 1.5 bathrooms, living room, sitting room, a fully equipped kitchen. Off street parking and side door entry.
The Space:
First floor: kitchen, half bathroom, sitting room/laptop work area, living room
Second Floor: Master bed room with queen bed; second bed is located in the open area loft; full bathroom with tub/shower combo. THE UNIT HAS VERY STEEP STAIRS to the second floor.
The unit has very steep stairs leading to the second floor
Unit has a nice front porch to relax on and also a patio area in the back of the unit
Guest Access:
Guest access the unit via the side door, located by the off-street parking area
