Solid value and Great location!
"Solid value and Great location! Rooms were large and comfortable for a budget hotel. Fantastic location just a 5 minute walk to underground and museums. Rooms come with a full kitchen and washer/dryer. Needs air conditioning and the bathroom was very small with no window."

"The Gainsborough is extremely well located steps from the V&A and near the heart of trendy South Kensington with its great restaurants. The property was immaculate and my room was compact but had everything I needed (except a refrigerator). The bathroom was new and the room was quiet. Nice breakfast ..."

"Wow! What a fabulous stay . From the moment we walked in we were greeted and welcomed at check by a lovely lady who told us there was a special treat in our room for our son (a teddy and dessert) then she gave us both a free drink token for the bar . Our room was on the 4th floor and was beautiful. ..."
"A lovely hotel and a walking distance to convent garden, Piccadilly, Oxford street etc. The staff were very friendly and made us feel very welcomed. The rooms and bathrooms were nicely decorated with air conditioning with a very big and comfortable bed. It was quiet too considering we’re in the city!"

"Fab hotel for the price. Rooms a little dated but that didnt bither us and bathroom was nice and clean. Breakfast was excellent and very efficient staff made sure everything was quickly refilled and tables ready for new quests. We've stayed in a few hotels in london and can honestly say we will be back to this one. Its in a great position near euston and kings cross and around a 15 minute walk to oxford street. A great hotel for the price and the best staff we've ever encounted in a london hotel."

"If you're looking for 5⭐ and all of the extra perks in a traditional hotel then this place is not for you. I would say is like the business class upgrade of a Tokyo capsule hotel. There's a bed and private bathroom. Thats it. However, its a really nice room, very quiet and perfect for sleeping (what else do you need?) The location is perfectly situated in Piccadilly as well. My wife and i stayed there as we toured Europe. Its just what we needed. It could have used a desk maybe but atill, we just needed a safe place to act as a base and where ww could sleep. It was great for us. Not sure it would be good for families though 🤔. "

Our room was on the 4th floor and was beautiful. The bathroom was huge with the most amazing bath .
Breakfast was lovely .nice selection of hot and cold with plenty of juices and teas and coffee.
Would highly recommend this hotel!"
