For those who want to explore on foot, there is Nidderdale, an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, the Yorkshire Dales and a vast amount of countryside. A fairly easy walking route to try out for an afternoon is the Timble and Swinsty Reservoir walk. For some retail therapy or a day at the convention centre head to Harrogate, also with Betty’s Tea Rooms. A little further afield, visit Ripon, known for its cathedral and it also close to the UNESCO Heritage Site of Fountains Abbey and Studley Royal Park.
Stepping into the property you will find yourself in the open-plan kitchen/diner, well-equipped with electric oven and gas hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and microwave. Enjoy the resulting meal around the dining table. Head through to the lounge, the perfect spot to relax with comfy seating set in front of the Smart TV and wood burner effect electric fire. Also, on the ground floor is a separate WC with a utility area housing the washing machine. Heading upstairs to the first floor, you will find the snug/cinema room with Smart TV and large comfy sofa.
