“La propiedad es hermosa, todo limpio. Lugar seguro. Comunicación excelente. 200% recomendado.”

“Location was great my biggest issue was parking. You had to park in the hospital lot because it's on their property. 3 to $18 every day. You get a break if you only spend 15 min on the lot.”

“We traveled with four different families so the accommodations were perfect for all of us to still gather together when we wanted yet have quiet time away. The location is great for walking to local restaurants and other eateries. One of our favorites was the rooftop with large tables that we would all gather and play games.. The hosts were very accessible and kept communication open. We would definitely stay here again.”

“What a beautiful house! Not only that, the location was perfect - so close to everything, especially to Kasalta bakery which was the main meeting point for our excursions. Adrienne, the host was especially helpful! I needed to have snacks and drinks available for my guests and contacted her asking if she could have some things available for when we arrived, and she delivered! She responded quickly to all my messages. We did go during high season so the price was high but it was for my husband’s……

“We just needed an overnight spot, and this unit served the purpose. It's not far from the airport, and there are many local dining establishments for a quick bite. However, one of the mattresses really needed to be replaced, and the showers lacked hot water. The neighborhood can also be noisy at night.”

“This place is even better in person. A peaceful neighborhood to walk around and a block from an incredible beach. The restaurants within walking distance are so yummy too. On top of this, you are so very centrally located. Condado and old San Juan are a 10 min Uber as is the lovely Isla Verde beach. If you have a car, El Yunque is under 1 hour. Our family of 4 with older children loved this location and are sure to come back. We’ve stayed at a lot of VRBOs over the years and this one is a true……

“Great experience! Very near the water, pool was great. Came with everything you’d need for the week. Host was responsive, no complaints”

“Pictures looked exactly the same and close to everything . This accommodation was made in very short notice and I really appreciate the help from Capital .”

“The property was amazing & was more than enough room for our group of 20 people. Pools were nice & the location couldn’t have better. While there were a few things broken, the host was very quick to respond and to get someone over to help us. Only downside, is they are very strict on quiet hours and being outside past 10pm while simultaneously advertising for big groups, including bachelor / bachelorette trips. Regardless, we all had an amazing time in PR, staying at this property! ”

“Our stay was great. Host is very communicative. Space was clean, AC worked well. Walk to the beach, restaurants, coffee etc was not bad at all. The space worked for 3 people, not sure how well 5 would fit. We did run out of water randomly but that was a city wide issue. We adjusted. I'd stay here again and hopefully will return to PR again in the future. It's a beautiful place.”

“A beautiful suite. Great host. Hot tub was excellent. Great value for the money.”

“Beautiful Apartment. Perfect for a family. Perfect location near the Airport and San Juan. The host replies quickly and communicates well, with great recommendations. It was easy to check in and check out. Air conditioning was perfect for such hot weather after a long day outside. Our Family loves this stay; we hope to stay over again.”

“The door was an electrical lock. This was not working the whole week even though we requested it to be fixed. The Damage deposit was take but not ever given back. I am forced to persue a refund through American Express”

“Great location ”
