“The cabin was very clean and cozy, with all the amenities that we needed. It was a great place for my family to stay for the weekend with enough space to have visitors and to kick back and relax. I highly recommend if you’re looking for a peaceful, home away from home getaway.”

“Pet Friendly - room was clean, bathroom very small. Just very outdated and could use some upgrades. No cups for coffee, stubbed toe three times on steel poles on the bed frame.”

“The room was not clean upon my arrival. There was small bits of debris on the floor (it was obvious they did not vacuum after the prior guest left!). The bathroom was dirty. Also, the parking lot had large piles of leaves and debris in it. Also, 2 rooms down from mine there was a Styrofoam to-go food container lying on the walk-way - with old, rotting food in it! It remained there the entire week I was there - and appeared to have been there for at least a week prior to my arrival! This place……

“For the area, this small motel is fair. When we arrived, I did not have my code for our room and was unable to reach anyone. This may have been my error but another person staying there gave me the phone number to speak to a person and we got our room and code. There is no kitchen, but it did have the basic small refrigerator and microwave. It’s a very basic room. We did find a couple of pieces of dry dog food on the floor. The A/C worked well and TV. We did enjoy our stay in the area. ”

“This was our second stay at Grand Lake Cozy Cottage. Everything was just as great as our first time there. The cottage feels like a home and is well equipped. We love that they have a ping pong table and nice fire pit with wood. The canoes and kayaks are great too although we didn’t use them this time because the water was a bit rough while we were there. Just like before, we never saw the neighbors. The property is in a very quiet spot. If I were to change one thing, I wish for queen beds……

“Futon room has been upgraded to a double or queen bed. Only stayed one night but the house seemed well equipped for a longer stay. One bathroom was, near all 3 bedrooms. The other was on the other side of the house, away from the bedrooms, but greatly appreciate having 2 full bathrooms available. Front door lock was a little finicky but worked well once we understood how it worked. All bedrooms had TVs. Large dining table. Comfy living room. Thank you”

“This is an older mom and pop motel. Room was small and clean. Aporeciated the microwave. Refrigerator was welcomed also as was the water and Keurig Restaurant is right across the street. Very convenient ”
