The bathroom lock door is non-existent and broken. There are some stains on the carpet. Quite disappointing that there is no mini fridge in the room.

Fab family stay
We had a fabulous stay here, from the friendly check-in to the end of our stay. Everything was immaculately clean and the staff very friendly. The pool was a hit with adults and kids and the breakfast was fabulous. We look forward to returning and will definitely use Holiday Inns again.

The staff were absolutely awesome, from check in to check out. We just have 2 negatives, why aren't there any drawers in the rooms???
