“NEVER AGAIN! NIE WIEDER!
- Vorwort:
- Check In

“We ordered takeaway breakfast for our date of departure as we had to catch an early flight. The order was confirmed by email and at check in by the front desk staff. However, due to an internal communication error, the order was not communicated to the kitchen and we were left without any breakfast.
We however saw the front desk staff when checking with the kitchen took the opportunity to make herself a ham and cheese sandwich and did not offer it to us.
The changing room of the fitness centre……

“Online states "Free uncovered self parking on site." When I reached out they replied the "free parking" is on the street. The street parking outside the hotel is free yes and you have to move your car every 30 min. Screen shots posted of their advertisement and the street signs.
The 2nd solution was to park in a lot at the bottom of the hill and walk "5 min." Walk straight up hill in the pouring rain, 25 mph wind and in huge puddles of water. To then still have to move your car at least twice……
