This is a very nice property, beautiful and in a lovely natural setting. All employees we interacted with were exceedingly nice and helpful. The room was one of the cleanest we've stayed in in years. The breakfast buffet was 5x better than the usual hotel breakfast.
Things to note are that this seems to be an experience, more than just lodging. We just needed it for lodging and are atypical, so we didn't mind the lack of microwave, coffee maker, or TV. I'm glad I brought my own hair dryer, and we would have liked a fridge to keep our cooler stuff cold in, but they did have ice so we just kept it in the cooler.
The furniture was great, and we could have unpacked and stayed there a while, with the standing wardrobe and large drawers, some beneath the comfortable beds. The patio with chairs was nice, as were the paths around the property.
One big complaint we did have was how thin the walls were, which surprised us given the way everything else displayed a higher level of quality. We had been talking while getting ready for bed, when suddenly we heard a voice asking as clearly as if he were in the room with us, "Can you hear me? I can hear you." And he wasn't shouting.
That combined with a price increase led us to find lodging elsewhere a few days later when we passed that way again, but we were glad for the rest of the experience of the two nights we did stay there. Setting aside that lack of audible privacy, everything else was very nice.
