Die Umgebung ist ausgestattet mit vielen, gut ausgeschilderten Wanderwegen. Der Ort selbst ist eher verlassen und daher sehr gut geeignet für Ruhesuchende. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist in der Auswahl umfangreich und abwechselnd. Zum Abend kann man leckere Käse- oder Wurstplatten bestellen. Highlight ist das wunderschöne Schwimmbad mit Sauna.
