“It's a great place ! The beach is just across the road with plenty of public parking. The Rookery has two pools that stay open until 10:30. We will be back next year !!”

“Absolutely loved it. Wish we could have stayed longer.”

“It was beautiful. Balcony kinda small. Had a great time”

“Super cozy home for our week long stay on the island. Host was very nice and communicated well. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!”

“This tiny home was perfect for just my dog and I having a quick, last minute get away to the beach! The nature trail was so pleasant to walk down. The home provided everything we needed, and I even found some rosemary growing on the property that I was able to cook with! Folks were staying in the big house on the property and they were super nice. I was a little nervous about that, but the tiny home is very private with thick curtains. I didn't hear any noice either. If you bring your dog,……

“Loved our stay!”

“This property is great! It is an old house, so you get what you get, we loved it. We spent the majority of the time traveling the island or on the beach. Rent golf carts from locals and everything is close!”

“Our 2nd time to Pelican’s Perch and we love the house, the great fishing spots, and the location. Very clean, communication with Nicki is great and response time is quick. Beware though of alligators in the water.”

“Clean rooms, great pool, awesome sky deck! Checking in and out was a breeze! Beds and pillows were comfy. Nick is quick to communicate. Minor suggestions include to add more hot pads, another kitchen towel, seasonings to the spice cabinet, a pair of scissors to the kitchen, and fix 3 of the kitchen drawer knobs. Everything else was fabulous! The walk to the beach is two or three blocks away or drive to get there faster with free parking. The picture attached below is the view from the sky deck”

“Loved our stay”

“Great place!”

“Very nice stay, just what we were looking for! The rooms showed some signs of wear, but it just proved how well loved this place is.The dryer did not work, so we were unable to do laundry, which was inconvenient with little ones. Everyone was so friendly, and the atmosphere was great! This unit was the perfect size for our small family. On Friday, the fireworks show was spectacular!”

“We enjoyed our visit to Fort Morgan! I am so glad we stayed at The Dunes! This condo was very clean. You can see the ocean from balcony. Short distance to the beach. The owner was nice and easy to contact. Me and my husband will definitely stay here again.”
