“Amazing hosts. Had a bit of difficulty with the code on the door lock, but Brandon resolved it quickly. The home was clean and well appointed. The screen porch and outdoor deck provided lots of room. Views of the mountains were beautiful. 30 minute scenic drive to Helen GA and Brasstown Bald Mtn… spectacular views! Would definitely return, but for a longer stay next time. ”

“We had a short stay in order to pick up a new puppy from a friend. The place was immaculate, the bed was very comfortable and LOVED the kitchen and bath. The one question/concern we had is that was no stated check out instructions other than time and the key. No info about trash, linens, dishes or thermostats. Thank you all so much!”

“This place is amazing! If you book here you will not be disappointed. My adult son and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay for his birthday. Clean, excellent amenities, gorgeous view, crystal clear swimming pool, beautiful home! The host is very easy to work with and get in touch with; always replies. “We have stayed at Charming Beaver several times and it never disappoints. It has everything we need and always enjoy breathtaking views, hot tub and great porch just sit and relax. The only recommendation I would have is to try and get rid of the large spiders on the side outside of screened in porch. The web was huge along with several f the spiders. We will be back next year!
