This is an interesting property and I have visited twice over several years. My room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The atmosphere is serene and quiet. My room overlooked a lake, meaning the door to my room was glass and I stepped out onto a sidewalk on the edge of a lake. It is a "resort" that has family home sites for sale. Most of the lots have not been sold. So it has the feel of a vacant development without much progress. The restaurant is in an open space in the lobby area - Not what you would expect looking at the menu. Overall, the grounds and buildings were not as kept up this trip as compared to my last several years ago. Some of the trails are currently under renovation. But I enjoyed 5-6 miles runs both days. The staff was very friendly and I enjoyed my stay. It is nice for a quiet getaway or needed downtime.

my daughter and I came here as a little trip for her to see a concert. The house was nice and clean. There were plenty of towels for both of us and it was in an interesting area of downtown Atlanta. The management team of the loft answered all of my questions and responded to my needs. I will definitely be staying there again when my daughter attends another concert at the variety Playhouse.

I have posted many reviews and this one is the hardest one. The location was perfect. Cleanliness was perfect. Pictures were accurate. Why would I give an overall rating of 1—this is a small, quite old apartment community that has been updated. That did well on everything except the one things that matters most and that is soundproofing the units. The floors squeak horribly. You will know every step your upstairs neighbor makes and it is not their fault. They just failed to do adequate soundproofing which makes getting sleep impossible if the person above you is a night owl. I wish I would have stayed in a hotel to be honest. I would love to come back one day and see that they have fixed this issue and I would stay again. Until that time I can not honestly advise anyone to stay their and endure the noise
