“The apartment is large and very nice. There is one bed in the bedroom and one in the living room. Full kitchen with a washer, and a drying rack in the bedroom. The building is older with renovations and scaffolding on the front. The parking garage has very tight spaces but it was nice having a place to park that was safe. Overall quite nice and spacious with great communication. Everyone we met while coming and going were very nice and helpful.”

“Överlag var insidan av rummet väldigt fräscht och modernt. Men ingen hiss fanns och rummet va på tredje våningen. Vi va i rum 11. Toa och dusch va i separata rum och när man satt på toastolen hade man 15cm till dörren. Så man slog sig varje gång. Det såg mycket rymligare ut på bilderna än i verkligheten. Ena täcket som va bäddat hade inte överdrag och det fanns inget till extra kudden och täcket. Men köket va välutrustad och man hade även tvättmaskin på rummet (dock utan tvättmedel)”

“Overall, the host was very responsive. However, the property itself feels dirty, the linens and towels did not feel like decent quality or clean, and it was lacking in amenities including wifi and a microwave.”

“While the building's ground floor and neighborhood show wear from petty vandalism, the inside of the unit is clean and modern. It seems that most of the building units are short-term rentals. Traffic noise (even with the nearby police station) is minimal with the windows closed. Helpful kitchen basics provided, but bring your own coffee/tea (and bottle opener).Close to U-bahn for quick transport to major sights. The nearby underground parking garage (Tiefgarage Steinbauerpark) is more affordable……

“Es war alles wie beschrieben, einig die Rollos sollten überprüft werden. Es ist alles was man braucht vorhaneden. U-Bahn in 150m entfernt. Man ist in kurzer Zeit überall in Wien. Supermarkt über die Straße, gute Gastronomie in der Nähe, auch der Meidlinger Markt schnell zu Fuß erreichbar.”

“Appartamento spazioso, luminoso e attrezzato. Ottima pulizia. Vicinissimo alla stazione della metro di Shonbrunn. Siamo stati veramente bene: lo consiglio!”

“There is only one toilet and one shower room. It can be a bit tight for 7-8 people. All else is great!”

“此公寓並未設有櫃檯，因此拿鑰匙非常不方便，即使請公司協助代叫計程車至公寓，也讓我們整整等了2個多小時，還好熱心的鄰居協助打電話，住宿方面還算不錯!”

“깨끗하고. 주변이 조용하고 대형슈퍼도 근처에 있고ㅡ교통이 정말 편리했습니다 코너에 있는 모로코아저씨가 하는 카페의 브런치는 가성비ㅡ최고입니다.아쉬운건 주방에 인덕션이 없어서 쬐끔 불편한것 뿐이었습니다니다”
