“Brilliant venue, plenty of parking, friendly and welcoming staff, nice, simple,clean rooms - comfy beds and great shower. Cannot recommend enough. ”

“House was good. Well laid out rooms, good space and well kitted out. Was exactly what we needed for a 40somethings friends weekend away. House is clean and decor is fine, although does look like someone has ram raided Dunelm and then scattergunned it all over. Quite a lot of peeling wallpaper and tired wall art. We enjoyed the stay and then the owner decided to try and scam us out of our deposit for a "broken chair". A chair which wasn't even there. Its in the advertised photos but we never saw……

“I stayed here for three and it was a terrible experience. This property is poorly maintained and, frankly, a health hazard. Bed Bug Infestation: The most serious issue was the bed bugs. I was bitten in multiple places throughout my stay. This is completely unacceptable. Filthy Conditions: The room was covered in dust, the floors were dirty, and the bed sheets provided were stained/soiled. The kitchen, bathroom, and common areas were also in a disgusting state. Lack of Basics: Despite booking……

“It was dirty, cheet bed and cover duvet not change and not cleaning. No towels. I am not recognised. We left after see bed not clean. ”

“Clean, well equipped, clearly explained key access. But very bad sound insulation. I could hear the person in the room breathe (not even snore!) as if they were in my room. From the room above, you could also hear every single footstep very loudly. Bring ear plugs!”

“It has the sleeping in your mom's basement vibe. Location is excellent with stores, restaurants, pubs and University energy. Easy and safe walk to train stations and bus stops. Easy for ride shares to locate you. Staff is offsite but very responsive; they fixed issues within a day. I think they were the most attentive of any of my UK stays. Their help is greatly appreciated. Roomy is cozy. Felt safe even returning to location at midnight. Great to have usable, onsite laundry to do a……
