“Muy bien en perfecto estado ,todo súper limpio y nuevo , el dueño encantador ,nos explico todo a la perfección y nos aconsejo sitios para visitar y para comer o cenar , la verdad que nos vamos muy contentos ,sin duda volveremos”

“El apartamento es estupendo, muy acogedor, decorado con buen gusto, muy limpio,y super bien ubicado, en plena plaza del pombo, tienes cerca la playa,bares, restaurantes, panaderias, supermercado, tiendas, todo!, Luis siempre pendiente, responde en seguida los mensajes, Alvaro que fue quien nos entrego las llaves una persona super amable y simpatica, nos dio buenas recomendaciones de visita y de lugares para comer, la unica pega que podria poner al apartamento es que debajo tiene un bar que abre……

“This is a spacious and clean apartment and the owner; Mar; is very helpful and communicates well. There is a wonderful small store at the bottom of the complex. This is the Puerto Chico area of Santander with lots to see, do and eat. Sardinero is close by and there are many buses to take you there and back. We recommend Mar's flat.”

“The apartment is nice and clean, the area is ok. The main problem is that is in basement floor and completely surrounded by buildings or constructions that create an uncomfortable situation due to the humidity created.”

“We loved the loft— it’s decor, comfort and location. Just an amazing base from which we were able to explore beautiful Santander. It’s only a few blocks up from the waterfront and about a ten minute walk from the Centro Botín museum and the bay cruise launch spot. We had a lovely walk out to the Magdalena peninsula and palace which were stunning. We will be back for sure. Thank you so much!!”

“Las imágenes con las cuales venden la habitación no corresponde con lo realmente te encuentras al llegar, la limpieza del espacio deja mucho que desear en nuestra habitación habían moscas, el jacuzzy al conectarlo olía verdaderamente mal, a pesar de su precio no había accesorios de baño y la habitación estaba a nivel de calle y todos los que pasaban por la plaza podian Ver la habitación al completo y claro al tener las cortinas cerradas la luminosidad de la habitación era bastante escasa.……

“Fab little apartment for a perfect stay in Santander. 10 mins from the centre but far enohht away to be lovely and quiet. Shops nearby including some lovely panederias with fab pastries and fresh bread. Getting in was confusing but once understood was easy. Host very helpful and allowed us to stay for the last day after checkout time as the weather was awful. Highly recommended. Would stay here again.”
