"Very difficult to chat with the host, the place they gave us was not what they promised us or how it looked on the pictures. They gave our place to someone else, and sent us across the street. Sofa bed does not work, no AC on one of the rooms, if you come in the summer, you will not be able to sleep. Will not stay here again."

"Clean, well located for metro and quiet. Good value for money overall. Check-in could have been done in advance and some more wardrobe hangers would be nice but overall had a great experience."

"The reception staff were great. We were able to leave our bags before the check in opened at 4pm with the neighbouring building reception. The room had everything you need to self cater. Although a little way from the centre it was a lovely walk along the river and public transport was excellent to the property."
