“Een prachtige droomplek. De tuin is fantastisch en wordt continu onderhouden; je merkt dat er veel liefde in het resort zit.
De minpunten zaten vooral in de service en organisatie. Het toilet in onze kamer rook sterk naar urine en had simpelweg grondiger schoongemaakt moeten worden. Bij het inchecken werden we uitzonderlijk professioneel geholpen, maar daarna was het niveau duidelijk wisselender. Medewerkers moesten bij veel vragen eerst naar “de manager” en kwamen soms niet terug met een……

“The workers (2 young men) who worked in the reception and kitchen were overly nice friendly and super helpful.
The retreat is very beautiful and lust but it’s so far from the Tam Coc main city, very excluded and quiet property.
The bungalow we stayed in was nice but small. We stayed in the 1st one of the 3 bungalows in the same section. The AC didn’t work well and the drain in the restroom smell so badly. The balcony to view the pond is nice but so small we didn’t go out there plus it was so……

“We had only one night here on our return to Ninh Binh. We wished it was many more. Very comfortable sleep and a beautiful room. We enjoyed the pool and rented a scooter to explore. Highly recommend this location.”
