“Only 1 hour free WiFi available, receptionist not polite at all. The air condition control doesn’t work and feeling hot during night. Water boiler is not clean enough ”

“Beautiful old convent reinvented to a unique hotel with so much character. We walked 5 mins into the little town to grab a bite to eat and a cocktail. We only stayed one night but it was lovely and very clean.”

“Hotel is nicely located in a convenient area. The room is quiet and the bed is comfortable. Breakfast is provided by their in-house restaurant, Bistro Saine and it is amazingly good. Staffs are polite and professional.”

“The balcony is really nice. The toilet door doesn’t shut. Make my room light go off as I pull the card out, so room cleaning was not done. Despite telling the staff and at the reception verbally, the making the room was not done for 2 days during my stay.”

“very good hotel and staffs are very nice and helpful ”

“The room is just ok. The water pressure for the hot shower is not enough, especially in the winter time. Also, it is disappointed that the WiFi signal is poor in our room. Limited WiFi login account with 500MB limit only. Not a enjoyable stay but just ok if just spent one night in Auckland. ”

“Ok”

“Excellent staff great location can’t say enough… If you come to Auckland, this is your place”
