"Hotel is really nice with very helpful staff, design in rooms is special and very original, I liked it a lot! The breakfast was good, I could even fill up my drinking cup with tea before leaving! Eggs are cooked as per your liking, all in all a great experience, thanks, I will be back!"

Shocked at being charged 5€ a day for “ energy costs” when checking out!!!!
No replacement of coffee pods or tea bags- very mean for a 4 star hotel. We slept ok but some may find train noisy outside our window. Rhine view nice and citibikes to hire on site - very handy and cheap! "

"Overall, our stay was good, but there were a few things that could’ve been better, we arrived a few minutes early and they wouldn’t let us check in, had to wait at the lobby, then even though our room had two bathroom doors only one of them had handles and lock the other one had been removed and the door was basically locked (which is fine as you still have the other side to go in and out) but the one where there was a handle got locked and wouldn’t open, my son went in and couldn’t open it from the inside, went down to get the lady at the front desk and even she couldn’t (we tried different ways), she calls her manager and he okayed to break the door to be able to open it, so, we had to push it until the door broke at the lock and we stayed with a broken door and lock. Other than that, our stay was good. "

"Lovely holiday home on a beautiful quiet courtyard, just off the river and a short drive/pleasant walk from Mainz.The accommodation is extremely well set up with everything that you could want, from dishwasher to umbrellas, a well-furbished kitchen and comfortable lounge.Tamara was an excellent host, and always available for any questions that we had.We would highly recommend the home to others."
