"Nette kleine Wohnung, alt, aber mit guter Ausstattung. Sehr steile Treppen (nix für Leute mit unsicherem Gang!!) und recht hellhörig. Aber sonst gut gelegen und für die mögliche Zahl der Bewohner recht günstig."

"Fantastic stay. I was celebrating with 13 other friends. The house was perfect for us, lovely hot tub and games area, kitchen facilities were well maintained with plenty of fridge space. The rooms were very clean on arrival and just as expected. Geert was very accomodating. Taxis for all of us into Ghent would have been €240 however a 30 min walk to the loc train station saved us a lot of money. "

"We had a great stay in the house. It’s a very peaceful location surrounded by beautiful countryside. The house has two ‘fields’ for gardens at the rear with a mown lawn area near to the house with a patio area allowing you to sit outside for meals. De inrichting is zeer compleet, zelfs waxinelichtjes, bakpapier voor in de oven, handzeep en andere schoonmaakmiddelen. Achter het huis is een gezellig overdekt terrasje met vrij en ver uitzicht. "I had a few days to tour Belgiam during a trip to Germany and am so happy I found The Mini. The small space had everything my traveling companion and I needed. The animals on the farm entertained us each morning, especial the brother and sister Burmese Mountain dogs. The proximity to Ghent, Bruges and the coast made travel so convenient. We were even able to book an additional night when an uncharacteristic snow storm kept us from traveling back to Cologne safely. All of our questions and needs...

"The kids loved having their own room and bunk bed. The space was very large and accomodating and clean. Beds comfortable. Location was perfect for the metro and walking around town. Building felt safe, but it is a busy part of town so can be noisy."

"Wonderful location! Bring mosquito spray if it is warm - the top floor gets super hot and the fan was broken when we were there. My husband and I got a ton of bites. Otherwise, the townhouse has everything you need for a nice stay."

"Met Wim upon arrival at his house , he very kindly offered us all a beer and we chatted before Wim leaving the house for us to crack on with our weekend, Once settled and ready to go out ,upon Wims recommendation we visited the local bar , very nice it was too lovely to see all the locals enjoying it too a real community place .. Wim was also in the bar and we returned the favour and bought him a beer .. Cracking house for visiting gent would highly recommend. Cracking host too."

"This garden house is an amazingly beautiful setting. You enter an unassuming gate to a narrow path through a garden to enter ... and as you reach the house, you are transported to a tranquil, rural setting with views of the garden and undeveloped pasture behind that is simply surreal. It feels like it's miles away from the busy traffic and provides a haven from the bustle of the city."

Hasty conversion of a traditional Brussels home by freelance contractor. Shame because very good location in relation to EU institutions. Unfortunately an EU summit subjected us to helicopter patrols which made it hard to get some sleep."
