“This comfortable apartment is located in a quiet neighborhood with easy (<2 blocks) access to both the waterfront and the tram line to Zurich HBF (15-minute tram ride). The apartment itself has plenty of space, was perfectly clean, and provided my friends and I a comfortable place to stay for our several days in Zurich. “The place is centrally located. A lot of info was missing. We know Europe isn’t as equipped for summers (and heatwaves like we experienced) so we looked for air conditioning which was listed as an amenity. Not only was the property only equipped with a fan - when we contacted the host they tried to tell us that the fan was a European air conditioner because it worked on a water base. They sent someone 24 hours into our rental who brought a water-based fan, which improved it slightly, but this……

“The property is in poor condition. We’re staying on the fourth floor with no elevator, which was very inconvenient. The floor were dirty and looking like they hadn’t been swept the property. There was also not enough basic supply provided. We only received two rolls of toilet paper for five people. Stay 2 1/2 days which was unacceptable.”
