Curlew Cottage is an attractive brick and flint bungalow in a beautiful village just a few minutes from the stunning North Norfolk coast.
Size: Sleeps up to 4, 2 bedrooms
Nearest amenities: 1.5 miles Access: Car advised Pets: One dog welcome Smoking: Not allowed at this property Luxuries: Flat screen TV, DVD player, CD Player, WiFi General: Night storage heating Standard: Kettle, Toaster, Iron, Utilities: Electric oven and hob, Microwave, Fridge/Freezer. Washing Machine Rooms: 2 Bedrooms,  1 Bathroom,  Open plan living with kitchen area and sitting/dining area Beds: 1 x super king size bed which can be split into 2 singles.  Travel cot can also be provided.  Other: Travel Cot. Towels cost £10 per person Outdoors: Part enclosed rear garden with patio area, lawn, garden furniture and barbecue. Access: Driveway for four cars Mobile signal - variable
Please call the owner, between 9am to 5pm 5 days before arrival to gain access info.
Good Housekeeping Deposit: Please note that a refundable deposit of £250 is required for this property and a £35 fuel charge on every booking between October and March. There is a £30 charge May to September.
You may need to pay an Accidental Damage Deposit or Accidental Damage Deposit Waiver for this property. Where applicable we will contact you in good time before your holiday with further details and to take payment.
Pets information:
Pets are allowed at this property by prior arrangement only. Extra charge may be payable (up to £25 per pet per week). Please contact the holiday cottage agency directly after booking to arrange.

We were thrilled with Curlew Cottage. A warm tidy comfortable bungalow. Welcomed a jack Russell. Very well set up kitchen. Exceptionally comfortable beds. Good communication with the owner Would definitely stay again. Well located to visit the most beautiful beaches
