"Leider wurden die Betten nicht gemacht ,der Boden nicht gereinigt,am ersten Tag hatten wir kein warmes Wasser zum duschen,und am letzten Tag wurde morgends um 8.40 an der Tür geklopft und uns mitgeteilt dass wir nur bis 9.00 wasser haben.

"Poor internet, no water in lobby. No fridge. Check in did not tell us about ice or housekeeping. Not enough towels. Beds comfortable! Pillows not comfortable, all wadded up. Fabulous location and quiet. Cereals in morning were not marked correctly (needed GF muesli but was granola. Fruit was old (apples)"
"We loved this hotel, the family room was large, the beds comfortable and the bathroom was excellent. Didn’t eat breakfast at hotel as we preferred to go out and eat at nearby cafes. Its position was central and it was easy to walk around Bruges which is exactly what we wanted.

"Absolutely loved our stay! We were celebrating our anniversary and we had a treat waiting in our room (tin of Belgium biscuits)…nice touch! The room and bathroom were clean and spacious. We can’t say enough about the storybook city of Bruges and the location of this hotel! Plus we needed parking and the hotel had some on site (which is rare in a historical area). We wish we could have stayed longer than 2 nights!"
"I’m disabled and they upgraded me to a ground floor room, very clean and comfortable with a walk in shower, I can’t get in or out of a bath!
But the beds are just too low, I had to drag a chair over to the bed to slide on and off the bed but that’s just me…
Checked in around 6pm and slept right through, finally got up 24 hours later and am sitting in the garden in amongst the rural woodlands for coffee and dinner!

Well equipped kitchen. Nice lounge/dining area. Our dogs loved running along the canal. Steven met us and ran through how everything works. If we were coming to the area again we would definitely stay there! "

It's above a wonderful restaurant, the host was so accommodating and friendly, the place is almost brand new, immaculate and has lots of space and light. We were able to easily walk to patisserie, charcuterie and coffee shops. You're a very short drive from Bruges and we really liked staying in the small town. So friendly and nice.
