It’s tucked into a street that’s hard to find and I used to live in HK! Rooms are on the smaller side but costly. The plus side are the eating areas nearby and Victoria park for an early morning walk. I will only stay there again if the price is lower and there’s no other option.

Would not recommend

Terrible, customer service, room had an damp urine smell and when asked to swap was made to feel like an inconvenience, rather than politely offering another room the only option was to pay an additional HKD1600 and would only accept cash. Avoid this hotel ! Location was good that was it. Not the standard I expected considering it was 18night stay!

We stayed here for 8 nights and had a very enjoyable and relaxing stay. The location is great…one of the quieter parts of Hong Kong…but only a short walk or train ride away from great dining, shopping and sightseeing options. Check-in was a breeze and our room was cleaned and re-stocked daily. The rooms are not very big, but provide you with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Very good value for money. Highly recommend Eco Tree Hotel Causeway Bay if staying in Hong Kong!
