不满意：住宿条件和设施，服务设施
The online photos are deceptive. We did not get the room we booked. The elevators are open to anyone and the place feels unsafe. Lots of homeless in the area. We had a fire alarm that prompted both towers to evacuate. All the guests were standing outside for a long time without any management coming out to check on anyone or say anything. No fire department or police showed up either. We went back after some people slowly went back to their rooms, no one told us it's safe to go back.
For the room, it was nothing like the room we booked. Online showed there is another TV in the bedroom, when we arrived there is just 1 in the living room. The settings were in Korean and we had to use Google translate to change it back to English. The carpet in the halls are old and smelly, and has seen better days. They also require guests to collect, sort their own trash, separate trash from recyclables, break down boxes, and physically bring it to the trash chute at the end of the hall. If you have mobility issues, i would recommend look elsewhere to stay. You pay for a cleaning fee when you stay here, but you still have to sort and take out your trash. If you don't take it out they will definitely charge you. You must wash all your dishes, lock up and turn off all appliances when leaving. Very unpleasant stay. Please book elsewhere.
