Great location and great customer service. Room door was damaged and unable to lock at night. Did not receive water bottles as our friends did on the sixth floor and fifteen floor. Towels were dirty so we had to request new one on day one. Room seemed outdated and not serviced, like we received the leftover room. Will not be staying here again, which is a bummer as the location is great and customer service was as excellent.

Very retro clean and comfortable hotel. Priced reasonably we compared to other options like Hilton. Would definitely stay there again perfect location a block from Waikiki Beach.

This stay has been one of the best stays we have ever have. This is our 4th trip to the island and it was very memorable. We were blessed to be upgraded to an ocean view. My husband and i felt the aloha spirit all 3 days of our stay. From the front desk cheerful smile, the cleanliness hotel staff made our room everyday to the valet parking staff, we thank you for our beautiful trip and stay while were were visiting. We will be back again. Thank you!

We had a great time it’s my 3rd stay here!!!! The only complaint we did have was the restaurant the deck servers did not seem happy at all and not friendly with any questions we had. But I dont take anything away from hotel and downstairs shop for coffee and treats were great!!!! All their items great and delicious can’t wait to return!!!

We had a medical emergency after my fellow guest was viciously attacked by dogs and was taken to the hospital so we were missing our checkout and needed to stay and extra night. . I asked for a special rate to stay another night and basically was given the same rate I received in Expedia. Not even a gift certificate to the restaurant. Or free parking. As Kamaianas I would have thought they could be more generous since it was medical emergency.

Excellent! Staff is extremely helpful and nice. Very clean. They surprised us with a room upgrade at no extra cost. The only thing that could improve is parking. They were full the first night. No parking available. After that they only had valet parking at $50 per day which adds up. But then again, parking is a problem everywhere in Oahu.

This hotel is away from the big stores and malls, it is about a 3-minute walk from the beach. Chairs are provided for the nice beach. Definitely a good place to stay.

Parking should be more affordable or free. The pool needs to be remodeled and the carpet should be removed from the hallways other than that it was a good experience and the staff was very nice.

Overall a really good value and location is great. Rooms were clean and there was room service daily. The drink selection could be better at the Deck restaurant. The hotel offered towels and beach chairs that you could use daily. The $50 per day resort fee though could have included more amenities than just towels and beach chairs (snacks, waters, free drink..) We only received one voucher for a light breakfast (coffee, fruit or yogurt, and a pastry) for one morning only.
