The area was nice close to a lot, was not happy that I asked for a king bed and I ended up with a 2 queen bed room the housekeeping was fantastic the manager was not very accommodating was very disappointed.

The hotel is in a great quiet location. The hotel is older but clean. It was a great stay at an affordable price. Being a block from the beach was amazing. The staff at the hotel were very helpful.

Great place near all the fun. Parking is $45 a night (too expensive). No microwaves in rooms. But the staff is super nice and welcoming.

I booked four nights stay for two people. When checked in, I was given a room with two double beds. I asked to switch to a room with one bed for me and my wife, and was denied. The gentleman at the counter said because I did not request with expedia, that was all they had; and a room with single bed was an upgrade and I had to pay extra. The double size bed was really small for two people. After first night, my body hurt, and my wife said the same thing since there was not enough space to move around. We ended up sleeping in two separate beds for the remaining three nights. The bathroom is small, and the bathub is half the size of standard tub. I have been to Waikiki many times. This was the first time, and will be the last, that I stayed at Waikiki Resort Hotel.

Everyone is so kind. The maid service is amazing. They staff had great tips for my stay, like where to park, local stuff I wanted to looks at. I enjoyed my stay very much and would come back next time.

Our mini fridge in our room had not been cleared out after the people who stayed before us so there was tons of alcohol and food left behind that we had to toss. The staff and everyone was helpful and made the whole stay enjoyable. The location was a dream. Pool was excellent. Free breakfast was yummy. Activities coordinator was awesome! Hotel is on the more dated side but we hardly spent much time in the rooms so it didn’t both us much :)

We had the best experience with our stay from start to finish. It is literally a 3 minute walk from the beach. The staff had amazing customer service, we felt welcomed. The hotel was clean all around and the breakfast was delicious. Highly recommend this hotel.
