“I didn't know what to expect when booking (got a great deal through expedia) it also came up as a 2star (which personally I never go for) but it looked fine (better than dated / tired alternatives in the area) so thought I'd give it a go and I'm glad I did. Nice, clean, spacious grounds with plenty of parking directly outside the rooms. The lady on check-in / bar area was super friendly, welcoming and had everything in order. “I came in June 2025 and came back in August 2025 and was just as pleased as the first stay. Perfect location, very clean rooms,,the staff is perfect informative and always helpful. My room was perfect with a perfect view. My first stay in June was for 6 nights and this stay in August was for 6 nights. You step out of the hotel directly to your safe boardwalk and it is located next to the town for all you needs and comfort ”

“Arrived at 2 pm, front desk asked us to come back at 3, eventually checked-in at 3 ish, front desk informed that the Spa closes at 4:30. Rushed to the Spa straight after check-in, and the woman at Spa told us the Spa closes at 3:45 instead because they need time to "clean-up". So we ended up spending 15 mins at the Spa.. Went to the Spa next morning, only to find out the Spa was closed the whole day due to "maintenance"! Complained to the front desk when checked-out, and the lady said "well,……
