"Good location, friendly staff, probably smallest room I’ve had so far in Japan. It was fairly clean, however I’m not sure if my room had some sort of hole somewhere, but I kept finding these little flies in the bathroom and around my room. I must’ve caught about 10-15+ during my 3 night stay."

The lobby looks very clean and nice, but when we went up to the floor our room was on, it felt like the elevator had transported us somewhere else. It was very industrial and cold. The rooms are very basic. Not super comfortable, but fine. I might stay here again because the location is so convenient, but I'd be better prepared for what to expect."

"The hotel is central and right next door to Chinatown; minutes from a metro, JR line and buses: opposite a branch of the store Daimarou. A 10 minute walk to the City Museum too. The reception staff were efficient and friendly and went the extra mile to help out with problems. It was nice to have a spacious lounge area with complimentary tea coffee juice most of the day. Some people will miss the usual spacious bath tub but the shower room was super efficient. "

Onsen superb, best we have had in many hotels. 3 baths, 3 tubs, sauna, mist room and cold plunge pool. 9am closure for maintenance could be moved to 11am so guests could use it before going out. Good location and courtesy bus to and from Himeji station great, if you spot it... maybe mention it in ads? Room spotless, amenities first class, we enjoyed our stay."
