I would not recommend on staying here. Everything is outdated. The air in the room didn’t work well. The room smelled of Clorox so bad it made me sick. And the customer service was terrible and that was from a manager!

The person at check in ignored us for at least five minutes while she talked to another staff member. The cleaning staff did not stock the room. There was no shampoo or body wash and they didn’t make the beds or restock towels after our first night. For almost $300/night, I would have thought the service would have been better.

Great location. Nice breakfast and dining options. Being 4th of July weekend, it did get a bit loud in the evenings as people partied/visited downstairs, but overall a lovely place to stay. Great for families and those with pets.

The property needs extensive renovation. Our first room smelled strongly of mildew and the second room had ripped drapes and the ice maker on the floor did not work and our television did not have an operable guide. The sofa bed was horrible even to sit on the sofa. I would not recommend this hotel until it is renovated.

The room was nice, a bit worn. We had an issue with a broken tap in our bathroom sink. The staff was great and relocated us to another room immediately, one without issue. The hotel had a nice continental breakfast. The staff was incredibly nice. Overall, our experience at the Embassy Suites in Hot Springs was a good one.
