This condo is now fully remodeled as of May 2023.
Excellent lake front condo overlooking swimming pool and shoreline of beautiful Lake Hamilton, one of the best condo views on the lake! This unit is located on the second floor with 8 wide steps and a sturdy handrail. The Wi-Fi is private and has basic DirecTV. Enjoy morning coffee and breathtaking sunrises over the main channel of the lake on your private balcony! This condo at Willow Beach is located just off Central Ave (“The Main Drag" ) close to many restaurants, mini-golf, a movie theater, shopping and Oaklawn Racetrack and Casino!! Perfect condo at a perfect location.
Condo was very clean and well maintained. Renovations within the last year resulted in a light open feeling making the area seem bigger than it actually is. Check-in and communication was flawless. Great location too. I can't wait to return.

My husband and I had a fantastic stay. The view from the condo was excellent and relaxing. Property was extremely clean, and everything was provided that you could possibly need. Robert was excellent at providing for our needs and communicating with us. I would recommend this condo to those that want a relaxing and enjoyable time away from home.

As always their properties are great experiences. Condo had everything that was needed. Stayed in the entire time. Comfortable and safe location away from the crowds but still not far from downtown or parks. Look forward to staying in their properties again.

I loved everything about this condo! From the location overlooking the lake, the furniture down to the doorknobs! 😃 If I could copy and paste this to the beach and have it in 2 locations, I would! Neat 1br condo with great water view
Good one bedroom condo. Used kitchen to fix breakfasts. Love drinking my coffee on deck watching the water. Owner even had some coffee in the freezer in case I forgot… (I had). Fantastic view (looking over Lake Hamilton). The view was why I chose this property and it did not disappoint! Good communication with owner.

The reviews helped me to choose the property. Just follow the directions and it’s as simple as that! The property owner responded very timely. The condo was very clean and inviting! Loved the balcony over looking the lake. We didn’t like the traffic above us half of the night with heavy walking and squeaking floors. Other than that, we had a awesome time.
