Room and property was very clean. Loved how pet-friendly the hotel was. Made us feel relaxed having our dogs with us. Buffet was very mediocre with little options. Location was great though!

The hotel was clean & well maintained. The Staff was welcoming, friendly & helpful. The included breakfast was excellent. The location is convenient to many stores, restaurants & sight seeing, but not right on a highway so there's no highway traffic noise. Our only complaint is they pillows are very small--not a typical bed pillow size. All around, a great place to stay.

Very pet friendly! Room was extremely clean. Staff was so friendly and helpful. The breakfast had super options and was amazing. Beds were comfortable. Shower pressure was the best! This is one of the best hotels we ever stayed at. Would most definite stay again.

We had a room with a view over the lake which was perfect with younger children and older adult children (Me) looking for alligators every morning. All the staff were helpful but the stand out member was Shirley, very welcoming very helpful and breakfast just wasn't the same without her there.
The room was large enough with 2 queen beds (thats king size for UK people) and a sofa bed. Parking was free onsite.
We had a little issue with our flight but the team at the hotel were more then accommodating with out late arrival. Overall a fantastic experience and defiantly a hotel we would stop in again.
