By far the best part of this hotel is it's people - everyone is incredibly friendly and helpful with special shoutouts to Chyntia in the restaurant (who always kindly washed bubba's bib for us), Enrique at the Pool restaurant with his amazing sense of humour and Adonis at the pool bar. There are many others I'd like to shout out but can't remember names! The pools are lovely and the evening band / singer entertainment was always great. We went all inclusive - there were some times (e.g. 5.30-6.00) when we couldn't get food which made it harder with feeding bubba (although this could be because we are out of season) but otherwise the food was always nice and there was a good variety. The views are lovely and the rooms are clean and well presented. The cleaning staff are also incredibly helpful and efficient.
