Unacceptable for a comfortable night stay

Rough area, broken windows, cracks/holes in walls, bathroom door did not close, sink literally falling apart. We did not feel safe so we did not use the room, even knowing there would not be a refund. That’s how disgusted we were by the condition of the motel.

The exterior could use a facelift. That said the room was immaculately clean. Air conditioner worked well and tv was practically new. For the budget I was given it worked out very well.

This was the hotel from hell. Very nasty had two room for a family of 5 we all started to itch as soon as we enter the room. Very poor management. We checked in and in 5 mins we checked out it was bad.

M it was as clean-yet in need of repairs The bed was comfortable my room was clean Quiet until the train went by at 4:30 AM LOL there was adequate parking for my 28 foot truck there were no amenities i.e., coffee ice I rented two rooms for myself and employee and there was only one channel changer

Can you turn it down!!!

Near a 24-hr scrap yard that moved metal all night! Trains blew their horns every two hours as it travels by hotel and you can hear for half hour from both directions! Location was really noise

Not at all what I expected

Not located in a medical market area. Scary corner of a hwy under construction in the hood. Check in counter was behind bullet proof glass. A sign read, No illegal activity permitted and site registered with Houston police dept, dirty towels, no coffee pot or microwave, blow dryer, iron, creepy crawling bugs on the floor and moths flying around. Do Not Recommend.

This is a basic motel, nothing fancy If you are one looking for just a place to take a bath and to sleep than this is a decent place. About 10 mins from downtown (which in houston is really a good location). Price was good and staff was great.

Not too bad!

You get what you pay for with a bonus depending on your moral compass. Check in was a breeze, room was decent, it’s n older hotel so nothing spectacular. Flipping through the variety of channels is where the “so called” bonus was. Last channel on the list not listed or fore warned about was XXX rated movies. Again depending on your moral compass, that is not my cup of tea, but I don’t judge mind if it’s offered for adults and adults only. I just simply passed it right up and went on minding my own business.

The worse time ever at.

My stay at Bestway Motel was horrible. First of all the picture of the Bestway Motel was not the same hotel that I seen online. The room I seen online was not the same room that I received. The toilet continue to run all nite, when u run the faucet in the bathroom the water would run straight out of the pipe onto the floor. The air conditional would make loud sounds throughout the nite. Someone beat on our door about 3:00 am.The chair that they had in the room was broken into two pieces. My stay was one of the worse stay I ever had. I am very much so unpleased with my stay at that motel. I really feel that it was a false advertisement. I am very much so unpleasedywith my stay there. Will never go there again. Im am so unhappy.

This was something I was not expecting when I booked this room. When we first arrived the staff was rude. We booked and paid through Expedia, something I always do, and she looked at me like I didn't know what I was talking about, or that I was trying to get a free room. The building itself look old, and worn down. The room was not fully cleaned. Their were strands of long hair in the bathroom, something I don't have. Other people staying here playing boom boxes at 1:00am. The last thing that if I knew I would have never booked was that there is absolutely nothing around here. The nearest store or anything in a any directing is a 10 min drive. It's like it's built in a area with nothing. However it was built right next store to a train track so got to love that noise. Lastly construction everywhere just adds to the ugliness of this place and the surrounding area. I will say I am very disappointed in what my money got me last night.
