What I loved about the company is their quick to respond to Our needs - also everyone was accommodating and serving! What I didn’t like is that I purchased an Insurance though 3rd party(Expedia) & was such a waste Because I was a day late of check in & wont even give me a break and charged me full price for my reservation from March 15-19 - anyhow God bless your company Hilton! Much mahalo for allowing me to stay! Even though I was a day late of check in Take Care!

since you charge so mmuch for rooms than when going to get breakfast 18.00 per person,also did not have a big enough parkign garage for trucks and i had to pay 36.00 for valet parking.

Location and staff were excellent, super friendly. There’s a complete Starbucks inside which was awesome. However, rooms are very old, smelled old and didn’t feel very clean. Walls AND windows are very thin, we stayed at the 6th floor and there was people out by the pool until 2-3AM and could hear them talk and laugh. The person next door got a phone call at 4AM and could clearly hear both of them since the person on the other end was on speaker. Parking was TERRIBLE, valet was full both nights and we had to do self park, which you pay $26 and you have to go into a labyrinth underground, looks super shady and tight and after parking you have to go up 2 flights of escalators to get into the lobby to go to the elevators. Would definitely won’t be staying here again and I wouldn’t recommend friends/fam staying here either.
