I booked the hotel for my family from 13th to 15th of January, 2023 and was assigned to Room 319. On 15th of January 2023 morning, I was trapped in that ancient elevator for more than 15 minutes. All shouting for help were in vein. At last I called my wife and told her that I was trapped in the elevator. She ran down the stairs to the lazy front desk assistant who managed to do whatever she did before the elevator opened. She was unconcerned about it all. While checking out, I told her to let her manager call me after giving her my number or I will sue the company. Till today 20th of January 2023 NOBODY has called me to even say, SORRY! I will NEVER go there again nor tell someone to even try.
