I booked two rooms at this hotel, and unfortunately, I discovered bed bugs in the bed of one of them. This was an extremely unpleasant and disturbing experience. Although the hotel manager arranged for me to move to another room, I no longer felt comfortable staying at the property. After reading other guest reviews, I was even more concerned to discover that similar incidents had been reported before. I strongly encourage Expedia to pay closer attention to the cleanliness and hygiene standards of the hotels listed on its platform. Guests deserve a clean, safe, and comfortable environment, and experiences like this should not happen.

Place is very trashy a they literally follow you around the property. And watch to see who goes in the rooms, a they are very rude and wont give you fresh towels an rags unless you bring the dirty ones to the office. I’ll never go back there again

The staff was polite and helpful, but the reception area had a mildew/smoke smell to it. The room you can tell they tried to update it and make it look nice, which it was but it did have a mildew smell inside the room, there was only one roll of toilet paper which was close to being empty, we ended running out that night and the roll was damp for some reason. And then the tub had a white mat that looked dirty, had a lot of yellow stains on it and under that the tub was rusting. I had to take a shower with my sandals on. The rest of the room was fine.

I reckon you get what you pay for

Dirty... trash still in the can... used bar of soap in the shower... soap trash in the shower. Remote control for the TV was a annoying as heck. You had to hold the remote over your head to be able to change the channel. Because the sensor was at the top of the box the TV was built into.. just overall not a real pleasant experience.
