"Die Einrichtung des Hotels war insgesamt in Ordnung, alles sauber und zweckmäßig. Besonders positiv hervorzuheben ist das sehr gute Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Man sollte jedoch beachten, dass die Kommunikation größtenteils über die App läuft, da nicht immer englischsprachiges Personal vor Ort ist. Für Reisende, die damit kein Problem haben, ist es ein wirklich empfehlenswertes Hotel."

"Location is excellent right in a famous old street, very convenient for guests to experience different culture and go shopping. The host and staff are so nice to welcome guests and offer essential assistance and information. It makes the guests feel comfortable and relaxing during the stay. "The hotel was really good and it's situated very close to the south gate scenic area transport station, so easy access to the mountain. The staff were amazing and friendly even though they couldn't speak English they're always willing to help and engage. One staff member was very accommodating and helped me on numerous occasions, her name being Elsa Zhang, she was very helpful and showed me around the place so I knew where to go. The rooms were also comfortable and nice to sleep in "
