No doorman on arrival. No electrical outlet on one side of bed. TV system did not work. The room was big and comfortable. No facilities on the beach. Surprise “resort fees” on check out.

Room was clean and super spacious. We could spread out and still be together. The pools were so nice, though a little dirty and the hot tubs werent hot. It was a great resort with access to the beach. Highly reccomend

It’s just as nice as it looks, some fans are broken and the shower can’t control temp but those are minor considering you are in PR with access to pool and hot tub.
