“Josh, thank you for a wonderful stay at your Blue Spruce Retreat. It served as the perfect base for our visit to the Redwood Curtain—conveniently situated to access all the local attractions while offering a peaceful atmosphere. The home is stylishly appointed, with standouts like the Frame TV and unique lighting details adding a welcoming, personable feel. The attention to detail and communication was excellent. We look forward to our next visit!”

“Great spot for a quick getaway. Free WiFi was super useful!”

“I loved everything about my stay”

“It’s a cosy little cabin in the middle of eureka. The check-in instructions were clear and precise. I was in town for a reunion so I really only used it for sleeping. I didn’t cook. It was perfect for a solo traveler; might be a bit tight for a couple. The best part for me was the location —- close to Harrison and Harris and Henderson and H Street. Very affordable and much quieter than Broadway.”

“A lovely and clean home not far from lots of amazing sights! Amy was very helpful and kind, and I would certainly stay here again.”

“The house is super cute. Nice neighborhood. Everything was set up with intention. Every detail thought out and covered. Kitchen is very well equipped. The place was very clean. Live plants are a nice touch. The bathroom/sink is tight but was not an issue for us. The host had excellent communication. We will recommend to friends traveling through Eureka and would stay again. WAY better than any of the hotels we saw in town.”

“Adorable quirky charming and cozy mermaids Manor was such a pleasant stay on our cross country trip. Bed was super comfortable allowing for a great night's sleep. Towels are nice and fluffy shower is a very cool experience look at the pictures and you'll know what I mean. Host's communication was fantastic and I loved the tips she shared for great hikes and good beaches highly recommend going to Trinidad Beach. We enjoyed several great hikes in the redwoods and visits to various beaches……

“It's such a cute place and we enjoyed our stay. Would 100% stay again!”

“Property was great, communication with the hosts was clear and quick and the check in was seamless and very straightforward”

“The bed was VERY comfortable. It allows pets. Plenty of beautiful landscaping. Pretty quiet. Will be booking again.”

“Yes this house only has 1 bathroom, but the cozy BIG beds, nice shower and super clean house gave us so much comfort ! So easy for families and had everything we needed to fully relax . The property was tucked away in on a safe street with those gorgeous trees all around . And we could walk to the zoo / parks nearby. We would stay here again”

“Such a cute place. Cost is comparable to a hotel but so much better. Adorable kitchen area and outdoor space. Perfect if traveling g with a dog. Will definitely stay again ”

“Nice place, only down side is the neighborhood is little run down.”

“It's a decent spot, nothing flashy but does its job well. Rooms are nice enough, not cramped.”

“We had a really nice stay.”

“My family had a wonderful time. The house was clean and in a great location. Awesome communication. Will definitely stay again!”

“The place was clean and bedding comfortable. The 2 bedroom listing was a bit deceiving, the 2nd bedroom also includes the kitchenette, dining area and no living or lounging space. The space was very tiny and cramped. The 1 bedroom was a nice size and the bathroom was in there. There was only 1 window and it was high on the wall. The outdoor space was very small. For me it felt a bit claustrophobic and not worth the price we paid.”

“Great vacation stay for a week! Very relaxing and quiet area near the beach. Perfect place to stay with our dogs and enjoy some time off.”

“Adorable little beach cottage. Loved it!”
