Friendly breakfast and cleaning staff. Very clean. Easy to get to. Only issue was with extremely firm mattresses. My friend and I both had back pain the day after.

We have always used Hampton Inn in Barboursville, WV on our trips in. As always the staff was tremendous, but the breakfast on Sat morning was not up to what we have been accustomed to. Not blaming the staff, but Corporate. We did not get our breakfast there on Sunday, instead opted for the restaurant next door. Hoping things will get better.

I have stayed many times because the location is easy to access from the highway. The staff are very friendly and helpful. I was disappointed because the pool wasn't open due to repairs, and relaxing poolside is always a favorite after a day of driving. Otherwise a great stop with tasty breakfast!

The lock on the side door (accessible by your key) did not work. It appears to have been broken for a while, someone had actually taped it, so that it stayed open. Pool was clean (there was a dead bird near it, I notified staff, and they took care of it right away). Breakfast was average good. not bad at all. Room was clean, quiet, and I did feel comfortable (safe).
