Stay at one resort and play at both!

The Space:
Whether you booked your vacation at one of our brand-new Terra Resort Properties or one of our beautiful Coral Springs Resort condos, enjoy amenities at both resorts that are within walking distance! At the Terra Resort enjoy a brand-new waterslide, lazy river, and giant hot tub! At the Coral Springs Resort, enjoy a heated outdoor pool and hot tub, an indoor pool and hot tub, tennis court, half basketball court, full work out facility, and club house!

A stone’s throw from the Red Cliffs National Conservation area and within close proximity to several national parks and recreational areas, it’s a nature enthusiast’s dream escape. Nearby, Sand Hollow State Park offers a mix of sandy beaches, clear blue waters, and striking red sandstone formations, an ideal spot for boating, fishing, swimming, and off-road exploration. Even closer, Quail Street State Park offers exciting adventures by way of boating, paddleboarding, wakeboarding, and even a water obstacle course. When you’re ready to venture even further beyond this community, the cities of Washington and St. George, less than 15 minutes away, offer up even more destinations for exploration with the combined urban features of shopping, dining, and nightlife.

The home’s fresh and modern interior is fit for a crowd, it’s open floorplan conducive for connectivity and entertainment while private spaces beckon you to relax and unwind. With two separate living spaces to enjoy, each offering their own set of plush sofa and armchair seating along with smart TVs, there will be no arguments over what to watch. The fully equipped kitchen is ready to assist with all your culinary aspirations, showcasing stainless steel appliances, glossy stone countertops, and sleek white cabinetry stocked with cookware and dining ware. You’ll have your choice of mealtime venues both formal and casual, spread out between floors and ensuring you’re always dining in good company. At the end of long days hiking and exploring, head out to the balcony to soak your tired muscles in the hot tub as you sip on a soothing glass of wine under the vast canopy of twinkling stars.

This home comfortably sleeps 20 guests between 4 private bedrooms and a sleeper sofa in the 2nd floor family room.

Bedroom #1 includes a king size bed and balcony.

Bedroom #2 includes a king size bed, balcony, smart TV, and ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and glass walk-in shower.

Bedroom #3 includes 3 full-over-full bunk beds, a smart TV, and Jack & Jill bathroom with a dual vanity and glass walk-in shower.

Bedroom #4 includes a king size bed and Jack & Jill bathroom with a single vanity and walk-in shower.

The home also includes an additional full guest bathroom with a shower/tub combo.

Southern Utah is a popular destination for year-round recreation and its major parks including Zion National Park, Snow Canyon State Park, and Red Cliffs National Conservation Area. You are close to all manner of outdoor adventures including numerous hiking and biking trails, beautiful lakes, and parks. The area is known for dozens of golf courses including highly rated Entrada at Snow Canyon where the greens are surrounded by red rock views. Relax at renowned spa resorts or take in a show at the nationally acclaimed Tuacahn Amphitheatre. Feeling Lucky, Las Vegas is within a quick 2-hour drive.

Lovely comfortable home

Lots of stairs! That’s pretty much the only negative thing about it. BUT it did provide a lot of nooks and crannies for personal space and privacy if needed. We enjoyed the private hot tub and stocked kitchen. Location was easy access from the freeway. Everything was pristine and communication was quick and easy
