“Maintenance is lacking on the entire property. The bathroom mirror had a nice saying (not family friendly) on it that showed up vividly when steamed over which happened easily since the fan was useless. ”

“Loved the decorations in our studio.Pool was lovely, outside pool heated to perfect temp.Easy 5 minute ride to the village.Quiet area at this time of year. They do have a restaurant at Silver Creek but did not stay open late in day.”

“Very clean and nice room to rent. Great for a little get away for 1 or 2 people. Would definitely go back again!”

“We wanted to get away from the heat and we found a great spot for that at Glady Hideaway. Totally shaded and much cooler than out in the sun. We also like to get away from hustle and bustle when we vacation. Glady Hideaway is perfect for that. Small town Elkins nearby had everything we needed: grocery store, gas station, brewery (Big Timber Brewing $5 draft beer!), and coffee shop (Tip Top). The WiFi worked the whole time we were there which was very helpful when mapping out our hikes. Plenty of...

“Spotless, cozy cabin with everything you needed. Fire pit, Grill, covered hot tub, store, laundry, picnic table all within steps of the cabin. “We had a wonderful stay at this condo! It was very nice, exceptionally clean, and beautifully updated. Everything felt comfortable, fresh, and well cared for. The condo was also very peaceful and relaxing, which made it the perfect place to unwind. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again! I highly recommend this condo for your stay in Snowshoe.”

There were 5 in our group, including 2 small children and we had room for all, plenty of bedding and towels and kitchen ware provided. This lodge was set apart from most others so had a bit of a private feel, nice and quiet, and honestly didn't have time to explore more of the village areas, which I'm sure are quite busy during winter. Nice views from the 4th floor on up. We toured the Eastern part of WV,...

“The pictures were a little misleading, made it seem a lot more private than what it actually was.”
