“Beautiful property just a 10-minute walk from Hvar Town and 15min walk to the beach. Beautifully decorated, with a stunning balcony and lovely sea views. The host gave us a very warm welcome on arrival and took the time to point out where the nearby restaurants and beaches were. We had an amazing stay and would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Hvar. We would happily stay here again!”

“The hotel was outstanding! Room was large and comfortable, with every imaginable amenity available. Everything was high tech and top quality, and the location was unbeatable, just steps away from the ferry port and the main attractions in the island. Breakfast was great, and service fantastic, including awesome recommendations for tour guides and restaurants. Overall, an outstanding experience in Hvar, and could not recommend Villa Porta Maestra enough.”

Old town Hvar is wonderful and this is right inside it. So many restaurants and beaches and not enough time! I had a lovely stay here.”

We were only one minute away from the best restaurants, the marina, the beach, the grocery store to stock up on drinks / waters. It was only a minute away from Lola's a fun bar just up the stairs. The management team was so generous to give us extra time in the morning to pack up and catch the ferry. I highly recommend staying here!”

“We stopped off in Hvar for a couple of nights en-route from Dubrovnik to Split and so glad we chose Dela. We had such a relaxing time there. It is a family run establishment and they really go out of their way to help and make your stay special. The Dela is located up a hill just out of town but the family are always on hand to pick you up or drop you off. We were picked up from the ferry and after dining out in the old town so nothing to worry about, it's a pleasant walk downhill into town……
