Walk out the door and you are on the trail to more adventures, forest service land and four wheeling trails are right outside . The very popular St. Mary's hiking trailhead is nearby. We are THE destination place for ruby throat and rufus hummingbirds, "Hummingbird happy hour at the Clark's". They have moved on but we know they will be back mid May We built this home in 2005 designed for the extreme environment of life above 10,000 ft. Four wheel drive vehicle required in the winter.
This property has three security cameras. Two on the front porch to keep track of guest coming and going and to check on snow levels. The other is in the mechanical room pointed at the boiler and the sewage lift station. The sound is turned off of course. We have also installed a battery back up system that will prevent any loss of data while working on your computer. We have Starlink internet service.
