2-family house "Villa Martinelli", 2 storeys. In the district of Vesta 8 km from the centre of Idro, 55 km from the centre of Desenzano del Garda, 63 km from the centre of Brescia, in a quiet position on a slope, traffic calmed area, along the wooded area, 100 m from the lake, in a cul-de-sac. For shared use: property, terraced garden (not fenced). Private: natural state property. Motor access (mountain road). Parking on the premises. Shop 5 km, bus stop 5.4 km, pebble beach 100 m. Groups of teenagers on request only.
7-room house 175 m2 on 2 levels. Simple and practical furnishings: living/sleeping room with 1 sofabed, 1 pull-out bed, open-hearth fireplace, dining table and satellite TV. 2 rooms, each room with 2 beds. 1 room with 1 x 2 bunk beds. 1 double bedroom. Open kitchen (oven, 4 gas rings, freezer, electric coffee machine). Bath/shower/WC. Upper floor: (exterior staircase) living/sleeping room with 1 sofabed, 1 pull-out bed, dining table and satellite TV. Exit to the balcony. (exterior staircase), 1 room with 2 beds. Kitchenette (oven, 4 gas rings, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC. No heating option. Balcony, terrace terrace partly. Terrace furniture, balcony furniture, deck chairs (6). View of the lake. Maison agréable dans un lieu magnifique

Très bonne semaine à Vesta . La maison est idealement placée en hauteur et domine les autres maisons pour une vue magnifique . Vesta est vraiment un lieu calme et splendide . Le logement est spacieux , la literie confortable .seul un petit coup de jeune à l’ensemble des pièces serait peut être à prévoir. Mais peu importe , l’extérieur est tellement agréable que l’intérieur ne passe pas en priorité. La personne qui s’occupe des logements est tres sympathique et disponible. En bref c’était super . Nous reviendrons à Vesta.
