Beautiful apartment house, 3 storeys. 6 apartments in the residence. 1 km from the centre of Poggi, 1.5 km from the centre of Imperia, 21 km from the centre of San Remo, in a sunny position on a slope, in the residential district, 900 m from the sea, in a cul-de-sac. Private: terraced garden with lawn and trees. Outdoor shower. Cook on request (extra). 200 m long steep motor access to the house. Parking on the premises. Meer und Oliven

Eine kompakte, gut ausgestattete, schöne und moderne Wohnung , gute Küchenausstattung! Wunderschöner Blick aufs Meer und auf Porto maurizio, Ruhe. Steil, aber fußläufig zum Einkaufen und ans Meer/Strand/Promenade mit Restaurants (knapper kilometer). Mountainbiken Richtung Dolcedo vom Haus aus. Sehr netter Vermieter, eher ein Gastgeber, wohnt im Haus unterhalb.
